1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the digital infrastructure of Tech Bato Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliated ventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Corporate Infrastructure Use

Our products, platforms, and AI systems are built for high-scale enterprise use. Users must:

• Comply with all applicable global and local laws (including Registration No: 370390 requirements).
• Respect the intellectual property of the Tech Bato parent group.
• Not attempt to disrupt or bypass the security of our enterprise delivery frameworks.

3. Ecosystem Participation

Participation in the Tech Bato ecosystem (Learning tracks, Internships, Venture launches) is subject to specific performance standards and ownership requirements. We reserve the right to terminate access for individuals or entities that fail to meet our core values of Execution, Integrity, and Excellence.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Bato Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in our technology group or use of our product brands.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal (HQ: Sindhuli).
